Post-Delivery FeedbackAug 27, 2026
I spent many hours searching the internet for new brakes for my Outback. I had pretty much accepted that I was going to spend around $400 in parts to replace the front and rear rotors and brake pads. I found a few different kits, including some offers for free pads with the purchase of rotors.
While I was sitting down to finally make the purchase, an ad from Parts Geek popped up. My ADHD brain, of course, took me straight to your homepage. I quickly entered my make and model, expecting to see the same prices I had been finding elsewhere so I could move on with my day.
To my surprise, the price that popped up was well below what I had been expecting. I immediately double-checked to make sure I was looking at the correct parts, and into the cart they went. I headed over to checkout, made my purchase, and got on with my day.
For less than $300, including shipping, all of the parts were on their way to me.
Even more impressive, everything was delivered to my house within three days — on a Sunday!
If I had one complaint about the purchase, it would be the packaging. The individual manufacturer boxes were labeled only with part numbers, and there was no packing slip included. Since the front and rear rotors were different sizes, I initially had no way of knowing which ones were intended for the front and which were for the rear. I was able to figure it out, but if I had been ordering parts for two different vehicles, I would have had to go online and verify which parts belonged where.
Overall, though, I was extremely impressed with the price, selection, and speed of delivery. Parts Geek made what I expected to be an expensive purchase surprisingly affordable, and the entire process was quick and easy.
