This was a part that was not available from my usual online source. The website made ordering a breeze. The item arrived on time. They used UPS, who delivered a punctured and dented box to an "access point" instead of to my address, which was irritating but not Part Geeks fault. The box was labelled as "brake dust shield" when I had ordered a set of rear brake dust shields. I contacted Luis by chat, and he was very professional and said that I should return it. He emailed me everything I needed to do so. The return process involves sending a photo of the box and a photo of the parts that came in the nox. Lo and behold, on opening the box I discovered that it was indeed a set of two. Again, not Part Geeks fault. It did come from China, so whoever made the box probably had limited English because in Chinese the tend to not pluralize nouns lol. I let Luis know and he thanked me for letting him know. Parts Geek and their customer service were great.
