When I first looked up the part I needed for my vehicle it showed me the part # and price, etc. Just to be sure I was getting the correct part I started a live chat session. I was given a link to the part but it was a different part # and about $13 higher in price but the specs said it fit my vehicle as well. So I asked why and then I was given another link to the part and this time it was the part # and price I found when just looking up the part myself. It was the same brand both times. Eventually I got the part at the price I first found but it took some time. Also, when I first went to the first link the chat person sent, it said "free shipping". When I later went back to that page the free shipping offer was gone. So, in the end the more expensive item with free shipping and the less expensive item without free shipping were about the same price. Then after placing the order there was an email link to get a rebate on the shipping for the order but since it was a third party offer and they wanted my credit card number, I declined the offer. All of this is why I gave a lower rating.
