Ordered part and item was packed wrong. After talking to someone and sending many photos it was determined that yes the wrong part was packaged. Reordered part and correct part was shipped. I had to pay for shipping back on the wrong part! Response from Geek Part was on our web site it states customer is responsible for shipping back. Buy, this wasn’t my fault the wrong part was sent. Then they said oh it’s too late that maybe I could have asked for a prepaid label. However I received so many emails with only a Rma number and address to return. Then many emails requesting the shipping tracking information. To no avail they refused to refund the shipping cost even when it was proved to the the wrong part was inside of the box, that I provided many photos of the package, label , product. Plus giving the vehicle vin number to prove it was wrong. If I had ordered the wrong part yes I would have no problem paying for the return but it was Part Geek who had the problem of the product not being correct. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY,
