Post-Delivery FeedbackAug 20, 2026
Finding what i needed online was not to difficult. Ordering it was easy even paid to get it early. After that became an issue. The part was delivered to the wrong address with me not receiving a picture of where it was delivered. I tried going online first but that was unhelpful. It argued with me about being delivered. Then I tried calling in and everytime i did I would get a message saying that the call volume was high and it would hang up on me. So i kept trying to call in while I went around trying to find out where my package was delivered. After just over 3 hours of searching i finally found my package at the wrong address. An hour or so after that I finally was able to get my call to customer service. All they would say is if it was delivered (even if it was the wrong address) that was on the carrier not parts Geek. I don't get to choose the carrier or even know who the carrier is and parts Geek would not tell me who the carrier was. If I order from Amazon, Walmart, home depot, lowes etc etc. customer care will resolve my issue immediately and I will not be hung up on because the call volume is high. It's wrong to say that if your order was delivered to the wrong address it's up to the customer to figure out where or they are just out of luck. I would be extremely cautious ordering from parts Geek and would never recommend a company that does business like parts Geek, especially when the order was only $20. They need to do better!
