Ordered rear rotors and pads (kit) for a 2019 Tiguan. Recieved the rotors first and they were obviously incorrect, wrong diameter and wrong thickness..... they could not possibly be installed. 80 minutes on the phone over 2 days was what it took to reach a person on their toll free number, and the person was not really knowledgable or helpful. I was unable to create a return as their website showed the item as "undelivered" and the person on the phone failed to tell me the rotors and the pads were shipped separately from different locations. When the pads finally arrived a few days later I was able to create a return online. Shortly after that I received and email from Parts Geek saying "We must receive your return at the proper warehouse in resellable condition" and "Most return refunds are processed within 10-14 business days after the warehouse receives them back. Some returns may take longer" and "The total refund amount may vary based on the condition of the return". Parts Geek does not provide a return shipping label, I actually have to pay for the return shipping costs, and from what I've read in their customer reviews they often refund less than the purchase price and return shipping cost so customers returning wrong items are left out of pocket as well as being inconvenienced with receiving the wrong parts, having to repackage them and take them to to a shipping service and pay for the return. Will never use or recommend Parts Geek again.
