I received the air filter I was directed to order specifically. When the box arrived it was a mess. Multiple shipping labels, clear tape everywhere and the box itself was severely damaged. The part itself was in good condition though a few smudge marks were visible on the filter folds. If it fit I would have installed it with no issues. But it didn’t so I began the laborious return process. I did not order the wrong product according to the instructions so I chose the wrong product was sent. That prompted the response if you received the part you ordered then the problem is yours. Very frustrating. I returned the product in the same box in which it was delivered at a UPS store for a cost to me of $15 and some change. The item itself cost me $25 and some change. So I’m out $40 with no part AND subject to a restocking fee. This process is not fair to me. Oh, I can get, perhaps, 4 magazines at a discounted rate for filling out this survey. Keep the subscription offer and refund me all the money I spent. I am left to wonder what part of partsgeek is the geek part.
