Site Experience FeedbackJun 29, 2026
I like the products you have, its like having the official manufacturer manual and parts catalogue for every single vehicle that has ever existed. But the format of the website is a little old, it can be very intimidating shopping for parts if you don't know EXACTLY what you need, every component necessary for the desired fix. I know it sounds silly, but if the site was a bit more "dumbed down", it would be considerably less intimidating to purchase from. The way its formatted now, I feel like every single bolt and screw for every single vehicle in existence is available for purchase, or at least every single part and component is listed. Something like "similar products" or "recommended products" when I'm clearly buying parts for a particular issue, it would make it less intimidating to navigate. I feel like I have to know the EXACT collection of parts down to the retainer clips that I must "check off" separately in order to purchase. For instance, I was looking to replace a blower motor on a 1993 F-350 7.3L (Diesel) XLT Crew Cab. When I looked up "blower motor", a lot of parts were only the electrical component, but did not include the flywheel or the resistor. A less knowledgeable person navigating the site who only knew they needed to replace the "blower motor" would not know that they should buy the blower motor that includes the flywheel and the resistor together, in order to make the purchase as simple as possible. I'm pretty ignorant with working on my vehicle, I barely know the basics, just tire changes, oil changes, changing out air filters, wiper blade replacement, certain fluid changes, just your bare bones maintenance. I have never replaced a blower motor, so for someone like me, it would REALLY help to know "hey, if you want to change out everything with this blower motor, you're going to need the blower motor, the flywheel, and the resistor, if you want to simplify the process as much as possible". I'm the type that I just want to make it as easy as possible. I'm not worried about saving a couple of dollars, but then I have a bunch of individual components that I have to put together, in which I will save $10, but will cost myself 3 hours of my free time. I'll pay extra to have it all put together, buy it as one piece, and make the work as painless as possible. I'm already saving money doing the work myself, I dont also want to turn a simple fix into half of a Saturday, all to save $15. It would help make the website much easier and less intimidating to use if you made the website usable for people who dont really know much about their vehicles. Assume we are dumb and barely know what we are looking for, because I would guess a lot of us are like me, dont really know much but try to work on our vehicle's problems when its possible
