I found the left engine mount for my 2010 E60 528xi at a cheaper price at Partsgeek than other suppliers. The accurate part arrived on time but was poorly packaged (box loose in larger box with no other material) and was leaking oil. This is the second failed attempt to order this part from Partsgeek, both times resulting in a return AT MY EXPENSE for issues that were not my fault. Partsgeek needs to start eating the costs of certain returns in order to be financially motivated to clean up their order fulmillment issues. I will be communicating with their leadership asking for both returns to be reimbursed to me since they were the fault of Partsgeek. The amount I spent on returns was about $34 for my two most recent orders. If I'm not successful, I will be willing to pay higher prices to FCP Euro, ECS/Turner Motorsports and even the online BMW dealer parts counters in order to avoid the Partsgeek frustration and illogical return policies.
