I accidentally ordered the incorrect oven glass, and was told I can return it but the shipping is more than the cost of the glass. And, I’ve found I could have purchased it locally for half the cost. Customer service said they’d issue a prepaid return label but have not responded to my multiple contacts since then. I’ll never purchase from Part Select again.

Been using partselect for a few years now every now and then I need a part or two. Never had an issue with ordering, or finding the right part! Customer service is great also, they can help guide you through what you may need! Also it helps that their is videos with each parts so you know what to do!

Only problem that I had with the experience was watching a Utube video of some guy explaining how to do it. He made it look so easy, but missed a step that made me struggle to get the top to release. I watched another video after struggling with it for what seemed like ions, but I finally managed to get it to release.

I've received the wrong parts twice I lose money each time I have to pay to ship wrong parts and then I'm charged a large amount to restock. I asked the last person who reordered this part for 2nd time was she sure it was the right part and she said yes. My review about your company will not be good. Your company is a RIP OFF!!

I have had very good experiences with Parts select. I have to return this last replacement part it doesn’t work for my particular dryer with this serial number. All other parts have worked with very good prices.

I ordered some drier drum wheels in the kit, and none of the wheels fit the axle that they were supposed to go on. I returned the box and haven't received every fund yet. The ordering was easy and the shipment came on time.But the parts didn't fit.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from PartSelect Each time the web site said that I would get 10% off It did not show up on checkout After complaining about it on the first order I did receive a refund I hope the same on my second order I am going to place a third order today and would like to know how to get the discount at the checkout

I dont remember very clearly the entire experience but what I do know is that if there were something extremely wrong or negative, form some reason my brain won't forget those negative details but I actually have none. So I would say it was very smooth and simple. If it were chaos then chaos would have taken the stage but it didn't. My apologies for the short term memory loss.

I was able to easily order the part needed at the time. Looked at other comments to figure out part needed. Parts were delivered on time and quality expected. Took longer than the 1-2 hours install even watching installation video. Part worked great but now need the control board.

I needed a part that broke off in my dryer and couldn’t find the exact one anywhere until I found this site. I placed an order an although it gave me an estimate delivery of a couple days it came way earlier so happy on that. Everything was exactly like oem and worked great no problems. Quality is very good would 100% buy again and recommend.

Parts Select is my new go to when an appliance has something wrong. Ordering the replacement part is so easy as everything is categorized. The prices are reasonable and I've received product faster than anticipated. I have used them twice, 1st time was for my oven 2nd time dishwasher. I'm so happy that I've had this option versus buying new appliances😀

I received the wrong item. I crossed the model and serial number. The order seemed correct. But when I called to get the correct item they were kind and helpful but the correct item was twice as much. So I looked elsewhere and found the correct item for the same price as the original item. Yet I have to do a survey to get a return label. 😡

I am happy with the ease to find and order the part I was looking for. The shipping and arrival info was accurate and there were no problems with this aspect of the experience. When the part arrived I discovered it was not exactly as the original part I was replacing. I was able to use this new part but had to make modifications so it would work properly. I recommend providing more photos of the part you sell than only the one shown on your site. That way, customers can be certain the part they are ordering is made just as the original part needing to be replaced. I will be more cautious in the future before I make another purchase from your site. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to describe my experience. I hope this will help you improve your business.

The PartSelect website was easy to navigate. I easily found the part I needed on the parts list. I proceeded to purchase and paid slightly more for a more rapid shipping. As indicated, I received the package sooner. Thanks to PartSelect, I ordered, replaced and installed the part myself a saved as much as $100 or more in service fees.

Pros: - good web site with decent part search - good support for diy installation; great videos - product quality is usually better than Amazon knockoffs; certainly more dependable. - good pics of the part. Cons: - often too expensive (70+ bucks for a plastic tray to catch ice? Really?) for some parts, so not the best seller for everything. - search facility is a seller, not a problem solver. There is no effort to match the part to the symptoms to the statistical solutions based on customer and expert experience. - when parts search fails, you don't get a message to that effect. You just get a list of parts that fit your model. This is not helpful to customers who are trying to fix older models. - Not a place to go if you are working on older models unless you have done your own research and can come back with a part number. Even so, don't expect expert advice or even a list of candidate parts with similar specs.

If you have the right model number, it's easy to find your parts. Ships quick. No packing inside of the parts box, but part in excellent condition.

The part needed was in stock and was shipped the day after it was ordered. My only issue was with FedEx since I paid additional for 2-3 days delivery but it took 4 days.
