I was checking the tracking updated info on the order when it arrived at the door. My previous check the day before indicated it was close but not expected until at least the next day. Surprise it is here!!! Outstanding, now I get to correct the issue with the door not closing. Then I discovered, noticed the screws needed were not in the order, went back to the cart to check, found they were not in the cart, doubled checked the packing slip, not in it. I need to make a correction here, this is where I logged back in to ask about the screws I needed, asked for the specs on them expecting to make a trip to the hardware store to purchase them locally, then waited for my answer. Next day when I checked for the response to my question, the screws were delivered at that moment, and in that flash explained everything.
Lastly, I selected parts select from previous orders for parts for my frigidaire, what popped up once the model was entered, previous parts ordered, that confirmed this is the website i need for my parts, 3 steps later....done, order complete.
