I purchased this part the middle of July received at the end of July installed at 1 August. It worked until the end of August. It went bad and then I had a very hard time very hard time I got I kept getting the runaround about replacing my part. They kept telling me we have to wait to see what they wanna do. We have to wait to see what they wanna do, we have to wait to see what they wanna do finally this past week. I spoke to a lady and she went above and beyond her job title to speak with the supervisor cause I had asked to speak with a supervisor I was tired of getting the runaround and she finally got me my refund because I just can’t afford to get another hundred dollars I live on $1488 a month. My rent is 1200 and I have a $228 outstanding bill each month so do the math there’s not there’s not a whole lot of money left over to go purchase another dryer part Because it’s part that I just purchased has a one year warranty and I was getting so irritated I think the ladies name that I spoke with was Rachel. She went above and beyond her job title and got to her supervisor told her supervisor what was going on? She read all the notes and every time that I called to find out what was going on, another lady had told me the same day or the previous day that I was speaking with Rachel I’ll get back to you by the end of the day. Nobody got back to me. That’s what made me irritated so when I was first speaking with Rachel, I was sounded gruff and aggravated and I kept apologizing to her. I said this is not your fault. I’m sorry that if I sound angry and irritated, but I said I just feel like I’m getting the runaround, but she got me my refund and that’s why I can order a second part for my dryer. I hope I don’t have the same trouble again because if I have the same trouble again, I’m gonna go elsewhere
