I have purchased items before at Overton's and will no doubt purchase more in the future. This transaction was fairly simple though I had researched the item beforehand. The special 10% (July10) influenced my decision to buy at Overton's as opposed to etrailer or another retailer. However, one down side is it appears the item I ordered is backordered. This was not made clear to me until I was actually in the order process.
