The product arrived on time but was damaged. I took pictures and called customer service the next day. The agent was very helpful and polite (Beyonce Williams). Her superiors offered me a minimal credit because of damage. I elected to keep the product rather than return. The agent was very clear about warranty, returns, etc.

Ordered venial rub strips for dock side- in past thes were 8' pieces heavy gauge material. Current product is 20' strips sent curled into circles, instructions said lay out in sun and they will become flexible . laid for over a week, fastened with SS screws every 10" top side has waffles and won't sit flat
