I miss some products that no longer are made. Gin zing used to have a gel that way orange in color. It was my favorite that didn't make break out after save the males was discontinued. I wish they'd bring both back!

Promo offer would not work. Accepted, but discount not applied at checkout. Opened chat, was told they opened a case and after I order and it was shipped I have to call back to get the discount.

I will be 50 years old in a few months. I constantly get compliments on my skin, including from My Estheticians. I have been using origins faithfully for approximately 20 years. One of my favorite products is the white tea face moisturizer with SPF.

When I used the "what are you looking for" it only gave me a paired option, having to buy two products, but when I went to the skincare then clicked on moisturizers I found the one I was looking for. Also on the tinted moisturizer I accidentally ordered a skin tone type when I didn't know there were choices (there didn't used to be) so that should be made clearer, and with a better description of the tones

Website seemed to have glitched a number times? It took several attempts to complete the skincare quizzes. And writing on the products in all of the images were hard to read. Even zoomed it they’re unfortunately blurry. I’ve tested a few products before and had guidance from a friend with purchases. If I didn’t have these friends with me I might have just not purchased anything today, honestly. It was a bit frustrating at times. Overall the presentation, descriptions and provided images were good.

I had been using Origins for long time. Sometimes I tried some other brands, thinking because of my age I need something stronger , but I returned to use origins again. Nothing the same as origins cleansers and eye cream.

Good interaction. I tried to redeem birthday promotion but it would not apply discount atop discounted items. There was no messaging to indicate coupon stacking was not permitted. Would add clarity.

Your sales promotion of up to 50% is false advertising. The discounts for the majority of products were more like 10%. This is called Bait and Switch which is illegal. Also, I tried to use points for an additional $5 and it wouldn't let me because the product I was purchasing was already discounted. Lastly, I see that my points expire on my anniversary date. I should be able to use my points anytime and not limited to one year. All in all, I've been disappointed over the last several purchases on the site. To the point, where I feel like I might search out alternate products. Will see what happens moving forward. I do need to purchase another couple of items and I typically always purchase a quantity of 2 for each item. If my points do expire and/or I am unable to use earned discounts without concern as to other product discounts... then I may decide to find alternatives. I've been using Origins for a good 20yrs... at first with the Origin stores. When those went away, I went to department stores and now, it's the website.
