My order hadn’t shipped for about 5 days after I placed it, so I almost forgot about it. I used my Birthday coupon so it might have been the reason you didn’t send it soon but I was really surprised in a bad way because Sephora or Nordstrom doesn’t do that to me. You gauged the price hideously & the quality went downhill. And my order wasn’t sent for nearly a week. Additionally, the packaging was horrible, too. There were no buffers or bubble wraps in the box. My items were just thrown away in it without any protection. Your facial wash has been our favorite, both my husband & I loved it for 8 years. But we don't think we should buy it anymore. There are many new great products at a reasonable price & CS is much better than yours. If you don't take the customers with the Birthday coupons seriously, you're definitely gonna lose them because we normally get your products from other sellers, like Sephora or Nordy. I’m done with you. This is certainly the last time to buy your products. Bye & thanks!
