I have no idea when my parts will arrive. You shipping module didnt even provide an estimate for ground shipping. You catalog is OK. The user experience is OK. Parts descriptions are really lacking. Basically your website/catalog feels like it was built by someone with limited to no knowledge of the product. My inability to call ans contact someone on weekend to get product details will impact my decision to buy from OPGI. fortunately I am pretty knowledgeable and what I was purchasing wasnt particularly technical (a fastener kit) . However I do have some doubts if I got every fastener i was hoping for since your description was so poor and the photo looked like a generic stock photo. Overall, i will say the website, catalog and user experience is on par with most other companies, however that is a very low bar. Even this tiny little comment window on your survey doesnt work properly. It works like it was just plugged into your site but never tested.
