So many issues start to finish. I was referred to you by a large customer of yours whom I am partnering with to create products to sell with your labels on them. Unfortunately every step of the process was longer and more painful than it should be. There was no guidance, the tax paperwork was not electronically possible so it required printing and taking photos and then was not clear on instructions. I ordered exactly what I needed and found out upon receipt that the labels are transparent so it did not cover what I needed to cover. Then trying to get assistance on the phone to help expedite the process so I can sell my products was not possible and I had to do a chat back and forth which was not clear on how to rectify what I needed. The labels were printed 1/16" short so it also didn't cover the area I had measured. Once I finally got help I still have to pay 50% of my original purchase that I am returning and unable to use because the transparency and slightly smaller size were not disclosed before purchase and I am a first time customer yet no exception was made. I had to pay shipping again to get a replacement and didn't even get to use my little $4-5 coupon for black friday because it wasn't combinable with the slight discount I was offered on the replacement order. Just all around bad service, bad experience, and delayed my business being able to launch yet still paying for it...at the very least they could have offered to expedite the replacement shipping so I can start selling asap but they didn't even offer that.
