Email advising of delivery did not give me sufficient information time for change of time. Online communication did not work. Furniture did not arrive during time window and person waiting had to leave. Got no message about late arrival and packages just left in lobby which i had to move to office

This one was easy.. I had a previous order in my email... I clicked the order number from last year and it opend up to my previous order. I was able to select the same style, size and color right from there to create a new duplicate order to finish filling my office. Super Easy Very convenient. Thank you

The desk was excellent. There product is made of quality materials, and the desk is very sturdy and substantial. My disappointment is in the filling cabinet. Every piece of the bottoms is the drawers and the cabinet itself were damaged on the corners. I didn't bother with trying to get a replacement because I believe it would have been too much of a hassle, and I just needed to make it work and move on.

We had a great experience overall. This online store had the office desks we wanted at the most affordable price. After we purchased our desks, we were contacted by customer care to setup our delivery which was an extra fee. However, even after the delivery fee, the price was still hundreds less than any other comparable office desks. We would definitely order from here again.

I was disappointed to have received an e-mail from customer service letting me know that had shipped the wrong item to me. They said that I was sent a bookcase, that I could keep it or donate it. Well, it just so happened that it matched perfect with the desk I bought. That softened the blow with my desk being delayed another week. Excellent way to make good of a bad situation. (For the record this was not a cheap bookcase. It cost the same as my desk did and it was not cheap) That action in itself made their customer service exceed my expectations. They were great on keeping me informed about upcoming delivery. The desk is great; however, the wrong screws were sent so I had to come up with my own version so that was disappointing. The instructions could have been a little clearer. Took some time to figure out. Very happy with the desk and how smooth it is going up and down. Very sturdy desk. Perfect size. I would recommend OF2GO to my friends, family and co-workers. This will be my go-to store for future purchases. Had an overall great experience.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. I LOVE MY NEW DESK AND IT SAID THAT IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT TWO WEEKS TO ARRIVE BUT I GOT IT IN LESS THEN A WEEK.
