The purchase process was simple. However, I had this product and it kept crashing. I tried to get help and was never contacted by NOVA Development. Someone online suggested I uninstall and reinstall. I uninstalled and when I tried to reinstall, NOVA said it couldn't find my account and I couldn't access my previous purchase of PRINT ARTIST 25 PLATNUM. I reached out again and never heard anything from NOVA, except that it could take 48 hours. Three days later, nothing. I tried a follow up email, still nothing. I use this program for my Holiday cards and had all my work on it. If my work was not already on this program, I would NOT have used it again. But, running out of time, I made the decision to repurchase and download it again. The crashing continued. I painstakingly edited my address labels, one at a time, trying to save each one before it crashed again. Not always saving and I would have to do many of them, 2, 3, 4... times before I was able to print my label sheets. VERY FRUSTRATING! I am very disappointed.
