Overall, I had a good experience. I was able to get what I wanted, but they did not have it in the physical store located in State College. Therefore, I had to purchase it online through the website. I was not promised an estimated delivery time, but it did take approximately three weeks to receive my order. I would have liked to receive it slightly quicker than that for an item that was in stock.

One of my original items was unavailable. Upon calling to have an alternate item added in its place the representative I spoke to was amazing! She was super friendly and very helpful. I ordered a t shirt with printing on both sides. Unfortunately it was unavailable in my size. I was given a couple of choices for a substitute. I chose one with only printing on one side. That was a bit cheaper of course. My credit card was charged the lesser amount. It was received in good time, I am satisfied.

I was able to order everything quite easily. I like to have options on items including sale items. The main item I wanted, I couldn't find either because I wasn't using the proper wording or because you didn't carry iron-on decals. I ended up ordering it from somewhere else. I most appreciate the discount offer given to higher amount orders. In closing, I was disappointed with being awarded $100 in free magazines. I was hoping It would be cash I could use for items for my granddaughter who will be attending Penn State in the Fall of 2026. I was under the impression it was $100. Had I known it was for magazines, I wouldn't have taken the time to fill out the survey.

It was a little misleading because it noted on top page of the site that orders $25 or more will be “25% off orders” it should have said, 25% off from regular price! So sad to say that was disappointing to find out towards the end and I felt bad not going through with the order and disappoint my kids.
