My experience with them was terrible the communication was bad it it took me 30 days to receive my order after a week when u didn’t receive any updates on it i reached out via email it took 5 days to reach back out to me and they still didn’t have a clear answer on when i would receive my order 10 days later i reached out again no response for over a week then i was told they didn’t know why my order haven’t shipped yet

I don't like it at all when it came time to change quantity, you have to go back from the beginning and start all over, to change the quantity, and that I need to put my whole address instead of just the zip code to get shipping charge, and the shipping charge is too high.

Not easy to navigate between change of design. Coupon code should not keep popping up if already applied. Shipping exorbitant and you should pack glass items appropriately rather than out the onus on the customers to purchase “just in case your shit gets broken” extra additions.
