The ordering side of Mytee was awesome, the up to date info from them about the status was great, my issue was with Fed EX. They SUCK, they said that the business was closed upon delivery, We were open, then it said it was out for delivery the next day, they did not show, and then they tried again the 3rd day, and if i didnt go out and stand infront of the truck, they would have pulled in and out the parking lot. This was not the first time I had issues with them. If i get a choice to choose how to ship, would not be Fed Ex

This is the 2nd replacement tarp I've purchased for my dump trailer. The first one was from another company, but the quality was not near as good as the one I just received from Mytee Tarps. Im confident this one will last much longer than the last. Price was about the same so I'll definitely shop Mytee Tarps in the future.

I have only place 2 orders with Mytee. Products are as expected. First order in 2 boxes coming from different places (delivered from multi locations) last package was out for delivery one day but driver checked attempted delivery, which was not true and I called FedEx and they made sure delivery was next day. Delivery was not a fault of Mytee products.

Well tarp was supposed to be here Sunday didn’t end up getting them till Tuesday FedEx dropped the ball had to cancel my load for Monday morning which made me lose out on 3800$ of revenue.

I ordered chain binders and they have exceeded my expectations! They are simple to use and provide confidence when securing heavy equipment! I would definitely recommend the chain binders, (ratchet) to anyone securing equipment!

I can't do the survey just yet. I just put the tarp over what I needed covered, so will just have to wait until it's up for awhile and see how it does in the AZ sun. Got what we ordered so here's hoping. Very satisfied with it so far.

Shipping container cover came complete, well wrapped and protected within a metal box. Directions were a little lacking but manageable. Small parts such as bolts, washers and nuts were complete with a couple of "droppers" (extras) thrown in.

No problem with the website but feel like im getting jerked around I've had to call multiple times to find out why I get multiple tracking numbers then I get very little information about why half the stuff i ordered i get a tracking number that tells me nothing and the email I get says half the product i ordered is not available i ordered from 1 business i expect everything to be put on a pallet with 1 tracking number not to get 15 different tracking numbers then to be told product isn't available if I wanted my product to arrive at different times I would've ordered from Amazon i just placed my second order so let's see if u can get it right this time if not I don't have a problem paying a couple dollars more and order from tarp haus that has everything in stock every time I place an order with them

It took four times to get this chicken order entered do to some glitch in your system on the payment system. When ordered direct from Amazon it is instant. Too much trouble for me

The check out option for multiple addresses in billing and shipping is hard to see. I missed the little down arrow that drops down to select the address twice. Maybe add some language so it is more visual.
