The ordering process was nice, but had I realized that the free shipping would process via USPS, I would have likely not bought the name tag to meet the threshold and just paid for shipping via UPS. USPS held my order in the local distribution center for a week longer than my anticipated delivery date and apparently that happens often with them (some folks waiting more than a month for their order). Other than a factor outside of the control of MyStethoscope, it was a great experience and I am exited for my new stethoscope!

Good, really great experience. I think if there was something to show that the top part of the stethscope was black and not mirror finish like the base/bell of the stethscope would be nice. Like making that more clear, I had to go back and check. But it's a 10/10 experience, was great and easy. Oh another little addition that would be nice is making the shipping estimate for free shipping to be right next to it. Like everything else it has an estimate, but for the free shipping it's at a lower location (I'm talking on the checkout page). Also I read somewhere else when it would be delivered. So had to add in my head, okay today is Saturday, free shipping is 1-3 days, it's going to ship out on Monday (which again that info was from previous). Anyways, super minor thing. Also, this survery is highly misleading, I thought I was getting up to $100 on future purchases, not to go towards magazines??? At least that's what it seems like reading the bottom of this form..... weird
