I needed a drop down chain as the shower track was mounted on a ceiling 10' high. The shower curtain was not as long as needed to extend into the tub so I badly missed the chain length I needed. I ordered chain double the length of the first chain and will combine them to hang the shower curtain in the claw tub.

I got great customer service over the phone. The individual sounded like the owner though I'm not sure if that's true. Regardless, he was very knowledgable and was able to answer my questions about what I thought were fairly obscure parts.

I ordered blackout privacy curtains and working in a nursing home the fire marshall requires a mesh top on the curtains. It was nice that ModoMed indicated that the length of the curtain measurement included the mesh top. I previously ordered from a different company, both curtains had the same measurements, 144W x 102L as the actual size needed, but nowhere could i find if the mesh was included as part of the measurements or not. When I received them, one curtain was 2 feet longer than the other when I received them and had to have both hemmed because neither were the right size. So as I said, It was nice to see that ModoMed specifically stated the mesh is included on the measurements so these should be perfect when i receive them.
