Tried to order something that required a driver license, I sent as instructed. Waited a couple days called customer service again they said they would sent me a notice when uploaded. Nothing ever came. Customer service not wanting to even look into this for me. I gave up and went to mile high company to get the part of which they walked me through it. Which midway would not do for me

The purchase was to complete a .17 HMR bolt rifle to use. The Hawke scope has a specific BDC for the .17 HMR round, which sold me immediately. Midway’s free shipping for the purchase amount makes me happy too. All of my purchases from Midway have gone smoothly. Very consistent.

OK, your survey questions a bit personal, some of this is not your business... I also wanted to get coupons, but the website asked for my credit card number and that made me wonder if legitimate vendor....so I exited. Also some products do not have adequate descriptions. Example, trappers wire, various gauges but no description if light, medium, or heavy..so you lost a sale as I did not know. Same with some of your traps, they lacked dimensions and not easy to know what size is best, manufacturers vary, you can not just go by numbers.
