I've been a customer of MidwayUSA for about 5 years now, I'm overall very satisfied with their business. My only complaints are that, while they are very fast to ship orders, the shipping itself tends to be incredibly slow. It would be more acceptable if shipping didn't regularly cost more than $15. I don't mind the slow shipping when I pay little for the shipping, but I find that MidwayUSA charges more for shipping than its competitors while the products tend to arrive later. That said, on most orders over $100 shipping is free (and very slow), but for some reason a lot of products seem to not qualify for that $100 free shipping target. Also, competitors such as Graf's, which are smaller businesses, often offer better prices on reloading supplies and equipment, better delivery time and shipping price, and often have more products in stock. The main thing that keeps me coming back to MidwayUSA is their yearly birthday pricing and wider inventory of outdoors and shooting supplies while competitors often focus in one area over the other. I would just expect a bigger company like MidwayUSA to have better prices than smaller companies like Graf & Sons.
