This was my first time purchasing from Midway on the internet. I am over 70 and are not too well versed in internet usage and ordering. I was told that what I wanted to order, which was 9 mm subsonic ammunition was back ordered, however they wanted my credit card number and said that they would not charge until the item was back in stock. I was notified that my items were in and that they would mail them to me. I went on to the internet to try to find out where by tracking number, my items were. That's all. I only gave permission to Midway to charge my credit card for 10 boxes of 50 9 mm subsonic ammo. I received my 10 boxes of 9 mm subsonic ammunition and then several days later received another 10 boxes of 9 mm subsonic ammo, a double order. Once again I only authorized Midway to charge my credit card one time for a total of 10 boxes of 9 mm subsonic ammo what they did was charged me twice, and charged me for two orders when I only wanted one order. I called immediately to inform Midway that they accidentally sent me a double order when I only wanted one order. I said I would be more than glad to send it back. They refuse to take it back and said that they could not take ammunition back, it was against the law. They would not make any allowances for this mistake, and told me that I ordered twice therefore I got what I ordered and I have to pay for what I ordered. That is not correct, I did not know that I was ordering twice when I went on to just check where the order was in the Postal Service. I tried to contact customer service by phone, there was too long of a waiting time, so I went to the chat session I believe the man's name was Michael. Michael was not helpful and was adamant that ammunition could not be returned and that I was the one that ordered it and therefore since ammunition could not be returned it was against the law there was nothing else that could be done. This is totally unsatisfactory business, where there's a will there's a way. I reported this incident to my credit card company telling them that Midway charged and used my credit card twice instead of just once. I do not wish to pay twice for an order that was only meant to be one order of 10 boxes of 50 9 mm subsonic ammunition. I am willing to negotiate and send this unwanted ammunition back but it seems that they don't want it because it's against the law or so they say. If this is the case and nothing can be done, and something always can be done, as I said before where there's a will there's a way let's talk have somebody call me and contact me at 412-491-8634 and let's work something out. Thank you... looking forward to hearing from you John Arnold
