The original product I purchased was not accurately described. I contacted customer service and explained the product did not match the description. They understood and helped find another similar product that would work. They provided a return label for the original product but did not state that i was responsible for the $8 return shipping. I ordered the replacement part and was charged another $8 shipping charge applied. I received an email acknowledging the returned item had been received and a refund had been processed. It was in this email that a noticed the $8 return shipping charge that was subtracted from the total refund amount. I contacted customer service again. I argued the additional shipping charge for the returned product. I again explained that the only reason I returned the product was due to their error in the description. I also explained that I had to pay $8 shipping charge on the replacement product. I asked for a total refund of $16, $8 for the returned shipping and $8 for the replacement product shipping. I was told a supervisor would only agree to one $8 refund, for the returned shipping.
As a result I will nolonger do business with MidwayUSA, nor recommend MidwayUSA to anyone else.
