I mistakenly purchased 416 Taylor and a week later a Ruger Hawkeye African rifle in 416 Ruger plus brass and dies. I then realized my mistake with the first still unopened brass. It was impossible for me to contact a human so I used a computer comment resource and explained I’d like to return the brass and use any credit to apply to bullets. The computer marked return and removed the page. I received the shipping label that cost me $8.00 and have heard NOTHING BY EMAIL ETC.! I’ve ordered a truck load of merchandise over the years and this is now my experience. Mr. Potter field needs to remember people made his business he needs to get back to people and not cut customer service our and bring in more computers because they cost less in the long run. People-that’s what is important and I understand it is difficult to find good people. I worked in Hornady’s Technical Services for 9 years after I retired from the Nebraska State Patrol! I get it, but this may well have been the beginning of my complete departure from Midway USA if they have become so impersonal! Christmas Blessings to you all; humans that is!
