The process was very simple and quick. I really enjoyed the large selection of scents you had to choose from. I do wish you would have had a cashmere scent option or the option to add more scent notes if desired for an extra fee. But besides that I am very satisfied with the website and process. And the price point was very reasonable. Overall great experience.

I have been searching HIGH AND LOW for this scent combo… I’ve been making do with combing different scented lotions with sprays and essential oils. So I’m ecstatic!

Professional Summary: I noticed that when I allocate the maximum percentage to each scent, the system automatically forces me to proceed to the next step. This feels a bit restrictive. It would be helpful to have the option to continue or adjust without being forced forward, especially after finalizing all scent selections. From a business perspective, I also recommend considering an option to allow additional scents beyond the six-scent limit for an upcharge. While you can strongly recommend capping at six for optimal balance, providing customers the flexibility to add extra scents (for example, $0.25 per additional scent, or a rate that fairly covers the labor with a small profit margin) would create a win-win. This approach maintains your professional guidance but also gives customers accountability if they choose to override your recommendations—essentially, they can pay for their stubbornness, but still feel respected in their creative choices. Additionally, it may be valuable to introduce a small AI companion or assistant feature that reviews each customer’s selection and provides personalized feedback or scent harmony tips. This could initially be offered free for the first month as a trial, then moved to a paid upgrade for ongoing use. It offers an added layer of customer support without incurring human labor costs, and also creates an opportunity to gather valuable data on customer preferences and thought processes. I absolutely love creating custom fragrances! I have created fragrances in the past and have loved how they turned out. The platform is easy to use and has lots of options, though it doesn't work very well on my cell phone browser. The variety of scent notes available is quite extensive. I do wish there was a capability to understand the scent blends and fragrance notes, like a blurb that could be triggered. I also do wish there were a few more key fragrance notes that feel quite common, like heliotrope. It would be wonderful if we could add more than 6 scent notes to perfumes. I would willingly pay an upcharge in order to include more scent notes to create a more complex fragrance. None of these desires take away from how I like using this website. It is one of the only custom fragrance platforms I have found that gives such great customization options while providing you the freedom to do what you wish. The prices are also excellent, especially considering the quality is great and is so natural and free of toxic additives. Shipping prices are standard, nothing exorbitant for normal shipping, though it would be lovely to receive a discounted shipping price after spending a specific amount on an order. Their website FAQ is a great resource! Can't wait to order again.
