My interaction was good. I wish there were more choices for narrow width slippers. But, I am grateful you provide narrow options for shoes. There aren't many other sites that do, and in town, where I live, I can find any. I would have to travel close to an hour to get to a store that sells some narrow shoes. When it comes to sandals I like adjustable straps.

Love this product--I wear a 10N and a lot of Easy Spirit which I have to buy on line because N is pretty unavailable locally. I have had no problems with Maryland Square orders just with Easy Spirit whose newer products are not well made and are uncomfortable. Too bad!
