I wear a narrow width which is hard to get. More shoes are not made in Narrow so I have a hard time and usually have to settle. And you don’t take gift cards.

Your website did not allow me to correct my shipping address. I tried 3 times on July 3 and 2 times on July 4. Finally I was able to correct it by unchecking shipping is same as billing. Your system is full of bugs. Your telephone answer clerks barely speak English and were of no help. Three times they hung up on me after just a few seconds. I am a long time customer who has had very good service in the past-- over 30 years -because you carry good products at reasonable prices in my unusual size 9,5 WW. Please fix you customer service issues.

Your stock of SS, 4A, S and 3A is pathetic. One sandal in SS which I bought, One dress sandal at $150. on clearance, one enclosed shoe at $90.97. The shoes that fit average width feet start at less than $50. I'm a senior on a fixed income. Shall I go barefoot? Before you acquired Auditions, they offered me a lot more options at reasonable prices.
