Been looking for a replacement bracelet, took me awhile, found your site and ordered. 2-5 days must be for your area not mine. Item went from your area to Denver Co., to Seattle Wa, to Portland Or, to Denver Co, Cheyenne Wy,to Casper Wy, finally to my location. This si not your fault but that of the USPS. They are terrible for on time delivery. Will by your product again.

I purchased one, I was very happy with the product. I had been so used to things coming small from internet purchases that I added length, then there is a natural amount added as a normal process, and it ended up a little too big. I contacted them immediately explained my problem, advised it was absolutely my fault. I bought a second one to have one right size and it also arrived on time. Fits perfect. There was a note inside inviting me to send the first one back for resizing, which I may do, I just haven't yet.

I loved the first bracelet that came, except I added some to ensure it wasn't tight and then they add some to make sure it isn't tight and it ended up too big. I will keep it for a spare or will gift it at Christmas. I like the product enough to order a second one of the same thing.

I did get one bracket and the clasped on it broke in two. I don't know why but it the reason am buying another. I had it less than one year. I am happy with my copper bracket that brought Last year. I'll try again to see if the one I just order breaks but I am very positive it wont.
