I'll never forgive you for sending me games in sleeves and not just simply sending me the cases when I offered to pay the difference. Then you simply take the "complete game" out of your system, and add the "loose game." Easy as that, used to do it all the time at my old job, but your staff is either too stupid, or too rude. Then the controller I just bought was dirty and broken.
