Everything was as expected, spot on with every aspect of purchase and delivery, just one small glitch. I was sent two of the same games , the the game case said rachet and clank , a crack in time , the game itself was racket and clank , tools of destruction. So now I have two copies of the same game. I would like this to be corrected. Thank you for your time as I em going to shop for some more games today. Please have them double check the games first with case label to make sure everything matches. Thank you again. Hopefully this will be rectified soon. Let me know about how to return this one item.

One of the games I had purchased would not load. I was worried, so I email customer service and they got wrapped back with me. The next day and a game was sent to replace it. I feel much better now.
