This time ,like most times it was very positive, but the 2xs before it was not , because of the item(s) being late even after I purchased the 2-3day express shipping, and when I contacted customer support I got a typical vague response that after they ship it its out of their hands ...then dont promise something that u can't or wont back up , and still charge people xtra$ for shipping if u can't deliver when its supposed 2b there ,especially since when I order games its for my autistic son and when he asks when its supposed 2b there and I give him a date or day becuz I go off what lukie games tells me , and it doesn't show up on that time frame , I have to deal with his autistic fits , that sometimes are very exhausting and overwhelming, because I now became the bad guy because his game is not there when its supposed 2b....so again dont say it will b there in 2-3 business days and not deliver it on time if u can't keep the deadline...its unfair to us consumers and to our kids ...otherwise lukie games has been a great go to shop to buy the things we need
