I ordered a handful of games and did not notice they came with NO CASES. I am a collector, and despise loose games I can't put on my shelf where they FIT. It is my biggest pet peeve. I realize this is mostly my fault because I went back and looked since I SWEAR it was the full game, since I thought it wouldn't SHOW THE PICTURE OF THE CASE in the picture if it didn't come with it, then I saw the option below it. This makes me almost more mad now though, because it was anywhere from a few CENTS to 4 dollars more which I GLADLY would have paid to receive the games in cases COMPLETE like God intended, lol.
Nowhere on your site to purchase JUST the cases, and I find it weird that you would HAVE the case to a game and sell it without it anyways. Just seems wrong. If there was no way to create an invoice to ship me these cases, I could purchase another N64 game, then you could throw the cases I mentioned up there in that box. Customer service lady seemed to go OUT OF HER WAY to make it more of a hassle, instead of just sending/selling me the cases. I think she was too dumb to understand that she can just mark the "complete game" as SOLD in her inventory, and add the "game only" back to it, if she took the cases to sell me. She acted like it was unheard of that she'd TOUCH a COMPLETE game and RUIN it to sell me JUST the cases...EVEN THOUGH THAT'S WHAT YOUR DOING IN THE FIRST PLACE WITH LOOSE GAMES!! I used to do this ALL THE TIME even though it was difficult in the system when I worked at O'Reillys. If someone needed a GASKET, and it ONLY came in the set, or was 2-3 weeks special order, I'd take the one OUT of the set, sell it under the single part number, then make a note, and replace it in the set when the new single gasket came in. NOT THAT DIFFICULT AND THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. I'm disgusted you'd sell me loose games in the first place, then have the adacity to act like I"M THE POS for asking/offering to PAY FOR THE DIFFERENCE. Instead you're WASTING WEEKS of MY TIME and YOUR TIME, to print and send me a label, have me try to get to the shipping place which is ALMOST IMPOSIBLE working 6 12hr shifts at my new job, WAIT for that to come back, and HOPE you have the games available that I should have got in the first place...AND THEY PROBABLY WON'T BE ON SALE!!! I've never had such abysmal service in my life. I will be ordering from DKoldies and the retrostore or whatever it's called from now on, and making sure my thousands of youtube followers on my nintendo channel, and 2nd channel don't buy from you either. You've gotten close to scalper prices lately anyways, lmfao, what a joke.
