When you click on a product to review details or add to the cart and go back to the page I'm viewing it goes back to the top and I have to scroll all the way through to find my place where I left off would be my only complaint. My husband passed away recently. I was looking for some accent pieces to highlight a portrait of him in his western gear holding his six shooter. I chose 3 sculptures and some horns. Therebwas a chipboard the "End of the trail" sculpture so I took a photo and contacted customer service. They were exceedingly kind and understanding. They apologized and said they would make amends with a new sculpture immediately. Shortly I received a notice that a replacement was on the way, no charge. This is exactly how customer service should work. Lone Star has my 10 star rating and all of my future business.

I found the beautiful Southwestern doormat on your website, and had to have it, since my home decor is Southwestern. However, I was disappointed that the doormat was shipped through the U.S. Postal Service because a lot of times, they are unreliable, and impossible to contact with questions. My item seemed to sit in one location for 5 days, per the notifications I receive on a daily basis for my mail, and all of a sudden, I was informed that the item would be delivered the following day, which was 9 days after I placed my order. Since I had to pay for delivery because I didn't order enough merchandise to qualify for free shipping, I would have hoped that I could choose the carrier.
