I made a bad boo-boo. I had several rugs in my online shopping cart and I accidentally ordered all of them and I couldn’t figure out how to cancel the order (it was weekend late at night). I emailed a please help me and a very nice gentleman did help me . He was able to track down each rug and cancel the order and do the refund. After we talked on Monday he shipped the rug I wanted and we reallly like it! Sorry for all the trouble and thank you for the AWESOME customer service! 🤗

Ordered couch and love seat covers not at all what I thought they were going to be made of they look much heavier in pictures nothing more than a bed spread that does not stay on very well. Just not what I expected or wanted. However the patten was very nice.

My favorite purchase is the roadrunner wind chime. . I live in East Texas and we have seen a few of them here. Although their numbers are dwindling. We get excited when one is spotted. Recently I ordered 5 wall decorations of superior quality, workmanship, price, and design from Lone Star for one of my home's bedrooms. I have done this before with Lone Star decorations. The items were simply impressive in all aspects on arrival. I have received 4, out of the 5 ordered, but expect the 5th to arrive any day. Lone Star Decorations is appropriate and of special favor with me since my home's decor is decidedly "Western". I especially am fond of their "Buffalo" works and have ordered several. My current purchases were wrapped so securely, safely, and protectively, I spent some time just getting them unpacked! But, MUCH better doing that than finding they had been damaged in transit and by the mailing procedures and handling on the way to me! Thank you Lone Star for being a "class Act" in every way!

Most items ordered were fine, with the exception of the mat! It can folded in package which clearly compromised it! It remains in the package just as it came, cracked and torn were the stress of the folds compromised the integrity of the mat.
