I’ve purchased many items over the years from Lone Star Western Decor. I’ve always been pleased with their merchandise. The mirror I just purchased is beautiful but it has some spots on the glass that won’t come off. Perhaps customer service can give me some advice on removing them.

I ordered a large metal (26 x 40") photo print. Love the print but the metal was indented as if poked by a nail in one area and bent slightly on one of the corners. I considered returning it but figured there was a fair chance a replacement would arrive in worse shape than the first. With a little effort I was able to straighten things out to where I could live with it. Because of the size of this piece, and the bend factor of aluminum, I feel this should have been much better supported in the box. As it was, the piece was rattling around inside the box. N'uff said. Love the art; the packaging...not so much.

The rug I wanted was out of stock for quite awhile. They notified me when it was back in stock! My only criticism is there are no dimensions listed. However, I emailed customer service and they reached out to the vendor. Within an hour I had the information I needed. The rug arrived in a timely matter and it looks exactly as pictured and described. The colors are rich and the finishing is well-made. I am very pleased with the rug, but especially with customer service! Very helpful.

I purchased a different bedspread set and pillows. I was look ing for a “coverlet” more lightweight. I’ve kept it and tried to like it. The only thing I could say about 1 item is that in the picture the entire bedding set the euro sham shows to have a ruffle but when you look it up it does not show the ruffle. So I did not order it as I like it with the ruffle not plain. Other than that I love your products and I also receive your catalog. The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The staff were fine but the two lamps I purchased are 3 way light but when I bought the bulb size they either one would work. I’m waiting till tomorrow to hear from the company. I emailed them. I bought 150 watt bulbs for 3way to work. Instructions called for that size. So I’m waiting to hear what I need to do. I really need that feature. But the lamps are beautiful and I hope maybe the bulb sizes were wrong. But it does say 150 watt. Other than that everything was great.
