I would shop at Lone Star Western Decor first because their merchandise is quality merchandise and is reasonably priced, well described in their catalog as well as on-line. Their shipping is prompt and does not take forever to get to you and if the merchandise is damaged, their return/exchange policy is easy and straightforward. I always go to them first.

We liked the quality and the style of the chair covers we ordered. Unfortunately, they are way too small for our overstuffed living room chairs. There were measurements in your catalogue and I measured the chairs as well since they are so large. I must have not measured correctly as they don't fit.

Great selection and I love the designs. The one issue I have is the quality of the items I received. The bedding seems overpriced for the quality of the items. Quilt is beautiful but very thin and the sheets I ordered are extremely thin and not very well made.

I was looking for the rug I bought by putting in dark red rug and this rug did not come up! Looked for the lamps I bought, by putting in leather table lamps and it didn't come up either! Tried logging in several times to this sight and it just kept buffering! Could have been my computer but was very frustrating. I love your website and products though. Hope when I get them, I love as much as on the website! Wish some of the pillows I like were less expensive! Would love coupons or special pricing! Also, my wish list disappeared! Where did it go?

I made a bad boo-boo. I had several rugs in my online shopping cart and I accidentally ordered all of them and I couldn’t figure out how to cancel the order (it was weekend late at night). I emailed a please help me and a very nice gentleman did help me . He was able to track down each rug and cancel the order and do the refund. After we talked on Monday he shipped the rug I wanted and we reallly like it! Sorry for all the trouble and thank you for the AWESOME customer service! 🤗

Ordered couch and love seat covers not at all what I thought they were going to be made of they look much heavier in pictures nothing more than a bed spread that does not stay on very well. Just not what I expected or wanted. However the patten was very nice.

My favorite purchase is the roadrunner wind chime. . I live in East Texas and we have seen a few of them here. Although their numbers are dwindling. We get excited when one is spotted.
