I still have not received the nameplate I ordered for my daughter‘s birthday, which is now passed, which was on July 27. I ordered her nameplate over a week prior to her birthday and even with having in mind the order might come slightly later than her birthday, I am highly disappointed to say that as of now more than a week into August, I have not received this item and cannot seem to get anyone to help me! I would appreciate a phone call or an email immediately regarding where my order is and or a very disheartening and unfortunate refund one of the two quick as possible, please so I can purchase my daughter her gift for her 15th birthday that has already come and gone 😕 I must admit, I am quite disappointed. I actually had pretty high hopes and even receive one other item I had ordered and really thought it was quite nice for what it was unfortunately, this has really brought my morale down.
