I received a $15 off offer that I attempted to use and when I had trouble with it on the website I contacted customer service. A bot answered my email and was completely useless, but not before wasting 15 minutes of my time. Please Please Please don't ever use this bot to answer emails ever again.

Website can be a little laggy between pages on my iPhone 13 using Chrome. I would recommend that the search results bring the exact match but then also maybe there’s another section that says close for example I was looking for. STX Sc-Ti X shaft and because I have the X, which is the grip model in the title it only brought up one match. But the way that lacrossemonkey.com inventories the X is a descriptor rather part of the item name and so all the shafts that use every grip doesn’t show up in your search results so it looks like you only carry one green model when technically you have all models available. The search results should bring something that says close to the result or closest match Mimi maybe takeoff the X

I do wish it was easier to find the shipping times for the different speeds. However, I expected to get the shipment in 2 weeks, and I ended up getting it in just a few days, which was really awesome, because my son really needed these cleats.
