I do wish it was easier to find the shipping times for the different speeds. However, I expected to get the shipment in 2 weeks, and I ended up getting it in just a few days, which was really awesome, because my son really needed these cleats. I also appreciate that you have wide sizes.. not many places do! Will definitely buy from lacrosse monkey again.

Have been using Lacrosse Monkey for years and have never had a problem with any of the products. I have always gotten them in somewhat of a timely manner, and they have never been lost in the mail.

I signed up with my email address to get the $10 off my purchase. The code I received was accepted right until I was almost done checking out and then said my code was invalid because I had items that didn’t qualify. I spent almost $200, I imagine the $10 could have been taken off a different item?? The website was a little slow when I tried to go back and forth looking at shoes. Good Selection and prices otherwise.

I needed to purchase a new shaft for my daughter's stick. I got confused on the Lacrosse Monkey website and accidentally order a men's shaft instead of a women's shaft. I contacted the support team via email and they were very helpful explaining the return process and I was able to follow it easily (return is still in progress).

I was unable to purchase the items in store at the online price. They told me to order them online and they would hold them at the store for pickup at a later date. When I got home to order online it would not let me select the store for pick-up so now I had to pay shipping. the whole process was a bad experience.

Overall it was ok experience and the price was great. I only wish I had been able to pick up at the Allen store rather than be charged for shipping to my house. Otherwise, I was very happy shopping with this company.

It took me a bit to determine that the specific equipment that my son had requested was no longer available (They were hand-me-downs). He seems happy with the "newer models". Website was pretty easy to use. Shipping updates were thorough. I would definitely recommend Lacrosse Monkey to others.
