We have been getting labels from a different vendor for better pricing. When at the end of the roll, we have had issues with the printer and labels with a significant amount of waste. Per department supervisors, we did not have this problem before the switch, so we are restarting our orders with Label Value.

Had several interactions with customer service via email that an advertised price on the website didn't reflect as the price in the cart. They said they couldn't sell it for that and instead of realizing that and getting the lower price reflected for me, they got the website pricing fixed to show higher price (must have just had a price hike) that then matched the cart. But that violates Michigan's item pricing laws which is to honor the lower advertised price not what comes up at checkout.
