whoever runs your online chat feature is fantastic. I know it starts with a chat bot but please never get rid of the ability to chat with a real person! I think 90% of the time have had a question or concern it is taken care of online. Once I had to call and that worked out fine as well, but I LOVE the online chat feature

It was great the only thing I found a little weird with the ux is that the name when I edited my address (shipping for sure but I think billing also) didn't strip the spaces from the front and back of the name.
