I appreciate your reducing the price when 2 of the supplements I am purchasing here are both ordered. I appreciate your painstaking efforts to provide such a broad range of KOSHER supplements. You are more pricey than other vendors, but I am secure that you wouldn't offer any "questionably" kosher items. That security means everything to me.

Excellent experience, except for one thing. The carrier that delivered the package to Israel (GCX, on behalf of Aramex) had me sign on online form required by the Health Ministry for personal import of vitamins. After filling out the form, I received no feedback that the form had been received successfully, and the status of the package in tracking did not change. So I had no way of knowing if the package would now be delivered or was still stuck. GCX did answer my email after a few days, and then they delivered the package.

I’m satisfied with the order was delivered sooner than expected, just one thing need to improve is the communication, since I placed the order I did not receive any type of the order confirmation, either by email or call; tried few times in different days and no response; only after four days, I called back again and finally I could speak to someone and then I could get the delivery date. Only that was a little frustrating.
