Half of the items arrived broken. Packages were crumbled, dirty and not suitable for presentation. Box was overstuffed and not packaged suitable for delivery of fragile items. After many attempts to contact, I still have had no response regarding return of damaged/broken items. Not satisfied at all.

$25 shipping, I should of received order in box that was secured able to hold contents. I don’t know what happened during shipment but the box was reused from other shipment. - honey bear parenting tip jar box. Box was damaged and held together by roll of packing tape.

I bought the sugar and spice bowl for my granddaughter baby shower and 10 out of 35 were broken. So I just chopped it up as a lost. It was too late to reorder. The shower is 1/24/2026. They could have been wrapped better . Pretty bowels for a girl baby shower.
