The only problem I encountered was limited stock. I wanted to purchase 4 shoes trees and was limited to only two. The shipping charge of $16 seems excessive.

Oh wow, an e-tailer that carries high quality women's shoes! I'm looking for comfortable and stylish shoes (flats). My fussy feet need quality construction. This means spending $200++ on a pair of shoes. JOS carries a wide selection in this range, and I've found a new brand. I will come here FIRST for my shoe purchases. We simply don't have this type of selection in the city where I live. I'm excited, relieved, and have already place a second order. :)

I like to buy shoes by the sizing that is I think EU. I wear in US sizes normally 9 to 9.5 but in the EU sizes I'm 99% of the time a size 40. I think the EU sizing is more accurate. I wasn't able to find the sizing other than US on your site.
